Happy times

So this time next week, i will have seen Alice In Wonderland and also Summerlin live. Jess will be in the UK and Allie and Rachel will have been down to London for a visit.

Week tomorrow i see FTSK in a less than 300 people venue.

What was me and Bee going to see FTSK on the 8th March has now turned into Jess flying over from Austria on the 6th, seeing Summerlin on the 7th, seeing FTSK on the 8th and then Jess flying home again on the 9th.

This started as a bit of a joke but now turning into the real thing

Also, as well as seeing Jess again, Allie and Rachel are both coming down to London during the day on the 7th!

Ahh i love this year already

So.

I'm home from Florida

Well ok, i got home yesterday, but i only checked a few things and unpacked before Bee came over and we caught up and speculated and spazzed and then i fell asleep as i'd been awake for like 31 hours by that point.

I'm glad to be home though. I mean, i loved Florida and i had fun, but i really cannot live without my phone!

Two weeks with no texting and no internet

I only spoke to Georgina for less than an hour in a whole fortnight!

I did speak to Bee a bit more than that, which means my phone bill will be ridiculous

Also, yesterday made me realise who really actually cared about me nowadays.

I would care, but i don't really. Oh well.

Anyway, i met Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Buzz Lightyear, Woody (Twice..I spazzed both times, i don't care that it's just a man in a suit), Jessie, Pinnochio, Green Army Man, Scooby Doo and Shaggy, the Simpsons and Elwood Blues (If you are like WTF at that last name, look it up then watch the film he's from and become educated!)

I went to Mardi Gras twice and developed then overcome a fear of half naked men on stilts (They were like 2 foot taller than me and one kept trying to convince me to dance!)

I spent around $1000 (Which is a bit under £700)

I have 617 photos on my computer to go through

I still have to go find my Mickey Mouse photo and save it to my computer

Kerrang! Tour London Day 2 Part 2

So this is the journey to Camden/the main show

Highlights:

- MIND THE GAP!
- "Jack looks satisfied"
- Allie becoming known as Edgeware and laughing at the whole Edgeware thing
- Literally crying with laughter
- Standing outside the Roundhouse and writing on the flag
- Getting our photo taken of us writing on it by some random guy
- Flyzik getting security to let us stand inside instead of out in the cold
- When realising we'd all had M&G before, Flyzik told us that he wouldn't be giving us the speech, which we were all disappointed about =[
- Colussy giving us the speech instead when he come and got us
- Gatecrashing the photoshoot
- "My Passion look like they're about to go to a wedding"
- Talking to Zack and getting 'Photo #19' with him
- Talking to Matt properly for a bit. He told us that the balloon got killed by the band for the helium and that the Mickey is gonna have to have it's own bunk because it's so big lol
- Talking to Rian about the tour and telling him he wasn't allowed the football until he'd finished getting photos with everyone
- Learning Jacks 'secret' and him threatening to come to our house and kill us if he saw it anywhere on the internet, as he knows it would be us that put it on something. Think his exact words were "No putting it on message boards, cause i'll know it's you guys!"
- Telling Jack not to give me attention at the show, cause i keep getting raped by fangirls if he does.
- Game of football between Zack, Rian, Colussy, Sean, Flyzik, Vinny and some fans.
- Allie recording the game (I'll post it on here when she uploads it)
- Trying to get my football back. Zack was the only one nice enough to actually throw it to me lol
- My Passion being booed for the first time on the tour
- The screaming fangirls!
- Young Guns having a chant! That will forever be a highlight
- Being Gus' favourite again. (In Bee's words, we were his favourite for the 'lunge-and-point' move)
- The dry ice!
- Unwanted attention from Sean during We're Going To Hell
- Danny dancing during Lost In Stereo
- Jake The Turtle being thrown up. Jack left it on the floor, so Colussy grabbed it and threw it to Danny, who put on the guitar stand
- The bras being thrown up
- Bee literally playing Jasey Rae. Jack come down, gave her his pick, then told her to strum his guitar so she was actually playing Jasey Rae to a crowd of 3000 people
- Shouting at Bee that i hate Jack, him hearing me and smiling, so i screamed it at him and he just laughed.
- Dancing on the barrier to Poppin' Champagne and security finding it highly amusing
- Singing the 'real' version of Remembering Sunday
- Stage invasion during Dear Maria
- Asking Flyzik to pass me Jacks setlist, and him looking genuinely pissed off when about 5 girls tried grabbing it as he passed me it
- Getting to say hi to Ben from Young Guns for the first time this tour

Kingston Instore. Day 2 Part 1

Right, let's get straight into this!

Highlights:

- Getting a 'lie-in' (We were supposed to be awake by half 5, we got to sleep in till half 8 cause of Flyzik)
- Getting to Kingston with Roisin and her friend (I'm sorry, i never learnt her name!)
- Grabbing breakfast then going back to the station to meet Allie and her friend (Again, never learnt her name...Or i forgot it)
- Meeting Rachel
- Running through the shopping centre to get to Disney Store and buying the giant Mickey for Flyzik
- Seeing the 'Ring for sex' bell and buying it immediately for Jack
- Getting Shakeaways
- Buying a Minnie Mouse balloon then going back to the venue
- Writing the 'epic note' for Matt
- Everyone being attacked by the Minnie balloon
- Meeting Robbie for the first time
- Getting booed!
- Being on the barrier for the acoustic XD
- Trying to get the Mickey over the barrier, but then Flyzik walked on stage, so we gave it to him
- Flyzik looking really confused and being attacked by the Minnie balloon
- Passion Fruit juice
- Rian being strapped to a bongo. Literally.
- Him shuffling around on his stool cause he wanted to turn but couldn't
- Covers of Wonderwall
- Alex covering All The Small Things. Life made.
- Trying to get them to play Circles. We even threw up our bracelets, with mine hitting Jack, but they didn't pay attention
- Watching Zack, Jack and Rian dick about during Remembering Sunday
- Queueing for the signing
- 'Picture Of My Cock' going off as we got to the top of the stairs
- Apparently ATL looked kinda unimpressed, Danny was laughing
- Matt turning around to ask how many were in our group, then stopping mid sentence and saying "Oh, hi guys!"
- Asking if he actually looked inside the bag and then being told it was actually the biggest Mickey he'd ever been given
- Rian seeing us and the first thing he said was "Have you guys got the football?"
- Bee telling Rian how to get Sharpie out of his jeans
- Jack just grabbing Bee's wrist and writing 'Ha!' on her Circles bracelet
- Rian and Alex finding it hilarious we were getting the tube back to Camden, and not realising why until Rian asked us to say 'toob' and we kept saying it 'choob'
- Being told by Danny we needed to go cause we were holding everyone up. Rians fault.

Kerrang! Tour London. Day 1

So, before i post all the highlights, i just want to say this.

To everyone that i have been with this weekend, no matter how brief, i love you so much. It's an overused statement, but the past 2 days have literally been the best of my life.

Not only have i been able to see one of my favourite bands live 3 times in 2 days, i have met them 4 times and got to meet what are some of my new 'family' because of them.

So yeah, highlights:

- Getting to Camden about 1ish. Was lovely not having to queue.
- Seeing Jo and Becky
- Seeing Sarah and Georgina
- Heading into Camden about half an hour later than we said because we started talking to Sami
- Heading up to the Roundhouse and seeing a very lost Colussy pass us with two suitcases
- Getting back to the Roundhouse then almost being run over by Sean Smith. Wouldn't usually be a highlight, but he was on a Segway, so...
- Watching Sean literally get chased
- "Is that Jeff?...No, wait, it's a hobo"
- Jammie Dodger!
- Seeing Bob and Gav on the Segways
- Giving Gav the Darth Vader head i got him
- "That's badass. It's gonna be the new ornament on my Segway."
- Going back to the hotel for a bit
- Finding out My Passion had shredded their tire, so were gonna be late/not playing
- Freaking out over the internet because of THC
- Running downstairs to find Allie and Rachel and instead of saying hi, just screaming "WE NEED INTERNET NOW!"
- All of us stood outside the Roundhouse, freaking out.
- Meeting Jess and Roisin
- Being let inside and watching Colussy come down and count us all. I swear he done it about 3 times.
- Katie P coming down and wanting us to record something for Radio 1.
- Trying to get me to record something, but i refused
- Jess saying something in German
- "Is it rude?" "Kind of" "I'll pretend i didn't know"
- Happy when we saw Flyzik, but then just telling us we'd be another 10 minutes ¬_¬
- The speech!
- Being led to the main room of the venue.
- Once my football had been stolen and the band were busy, deciding to talk to Vinny
- Giving him one of the other Darth Vader heads. He kinda freaked out.
- Waiting to get photos, but he wouldn't stop playing with the thing.
- Proper game of football being started by Rian, Zack, Vinny, Colussy, Flyzik and even Sean Smith
- "It's Vinnys first football!"
- Alex running away when Bee mentioned she was sick
- Asking Flyzik the reason for us freaking out earlier. He then showed us a list of our names and emails on a list for EE to the instore...On his Blackberry. It was weird!
- Giving him the Mickey Allie wanted to give him in Brum and apologising for the state it was in, but being told it didn't matter cause it was going on tour and would get wrecked anyway.
- Watching Jess teach Jack (And Colussy, who was lurking) German
- Telling Colussy we wanted a photo with him, cause we hate ATL
- Watching Jet Black ¬_¬
- The guy in front of us looking like Zack...But uglier
- Gus singing to us for most their set.
- Bee's arm being about one inch to short
- Watching Hustlers get pulled out =[
- Laurence's jeggings!
- Agreeing with Bee and Jess that if a member of a band decides to stand on the barrier in front of us, they either got punched in the dick or their trousers pulled down.
- Surviving the Blackout!
- Bob being happy
- (Not sure why Bee wrote this) Woop woop, that's the sound of da police
- Josh Franceschi coming out to sing TIWWCHNT
- Fireworks and dry ice!
- Don't trust me being played between bands (Or 'Don't trust Grieco')
- Jess and Bee drumming along to the ATL intro
- Worrying about Jacks attention. The elbows weren't nice.
- Cumming jokes
- Bee getting told to fuck herself for laughing at Jack
- Luc being pulled onstage then being handcuffed to Alex for the beginning of Weightless
- Getting Jacks picks again
- Going back to the hotel briefly then going back outside to wait for the band
- Meeting Jack again
- Telling him i hate him for throwing a pick at me and getting molested by fangirls for it
- "There's no camera, we're just hugging" "I better hug you tighter then"
- Zack telling us he showered
- Getting better photos with Zack. We later realised that Bee got photobombed my Colussy!
- Running into Louise and chatting for a bit
- Seeing the MP lot briefly and getting quick hugs off Andy

So today i log onto Facebook and find out someone i know is going to Kerrang! Tour today...Well earlier today/yesterday, whatever.

She was updating throughout the day, which i didn't mind. Until i saw two updates.

The first was 'OMG JUST MET MY PASSION THEY'RE HOT'
Sorry, but just no! I can deal with them having new, scary fangirls, but My Passion being called hot is just wrong on so many levels! I mean, seriously?!

But she REALLY blew it when she updated with 'ALL TIME LOW JUST WALKED STRAIGHT PAST THEIR FANS WITHOUT STOPPING WHAT KNOBHEADS'
Now if you saw me at their show at the Electric Ballroom in October, you will know that i spent about an hour defending just Alex to two girls who had the same viewpoint on him.
I'm very defensive when it comes to my favourite bands, and with All Time Low it's about a hundred times worst cause out of all of my favourite bands, they seem to have the worst reputation.
I'm very...Protective (Not sure i that's the right word) of All Time Low and seeing people say that about them without actually properly meeting them literally breaks my heart.
After every K! Tour show so far, they have been out meeting the fans.
I've been lucky enough to meet them before the shows as part of their fan club, and they are some of the nicest guys you could ever have the oppurtunity to meet!

I'm not afraid to say that if you ever shit talk ATL to me, i will stand there and defend them until you prove me otherwise.

Simple as.

Sounds stupid, but it's completely true.




Can i also point out that this is the only place i vent/rant about stuff.

THIS IS WHERE I STOP BEING RIAN! As Bee would put it.

Right, so

Remember how a few weeks ago i said how one of my best friends made my day by telling me i remind her of Rian Dawson?

Well earlier today, i got compared to someone like that again. Not Rian but Matt Flyzik

So yeah, it started as my friend telling me about some dream she had, which involved me and Flyzik being friends. Later in the day, she told me it meant that we remind her of each other. The reasons we remind her of each other? We both like Disney and we're both to nice. My other friend agreed and told me her reasons were 'because you like disney and are both awesome and probably too nice for your own good

Yeah, this is a random and very pointless blog, but that's the best thing ever!

If you've ever heard me talk about All Time Low, you'll probably know that i love the crew possibly more than the band and also that i'm a bit of a fangirl over Flyzik...Seriously

But yeah. No point. It's late. I'm half asleep. This probably made no sense. I have no idea why i'm talking in small sentences. Good night.

Something i've been thinking about

So on Saturday, as most people know by now, i watched my second All Time Low set of Kerrang! Tour from the side/back.

During this set, i couldn't stop smiling.

Yes, part of it was due to the fact that earlier in the day, my favourite band had recognised me.

Part of it was due to the fact i was watching that band on stage.

But i realise now that another part of me was proud of them.

Now i realise that doesn't sound to weird, and i realise it doesn't.

But watching Jack, i felt proud of them in the way that you would be proud of them if it was your friends band.

Now that, THAT sounds weird.


I was proud of them the way that i'm proud of My Passion on this tour. All Time Low weren't 4 guys i don't know and have only seen a few times. They were a band i've watched grow over the past few years.

I'm still not sure why i felt that way during their set and i seriously wish i did.

I know that this blog also makes me sound kinda stupid and makes pretty much no sense, but i really don't care. I just thought the whole situation would make more sense if i got it out of my head.
