My 69th blog!!

So yeah, my 69th blog (Which is about 68 more than i've posted on any other blog i have)

And what with the whole 69, bro! thing me, Bee and Georgina have, i shall just say that i miss them both way too much (regardless i only saw Bee less than 24 hours ago)

And, regardless that apart from my friends he is the one person that is probably mentioned most on my blog, i think Danny K is officially one of my favourite people in the world ever!

Like, more than Solomon and FTSK
And ATL

But not Flyzik, but on the same level as him
Which is saying something right there

If you have a Tumblr, go follow him!

http://www.dannykurily.com/

DO IT!!!

Or at least just go through and check out his photography
Especially the 'Dawson Project'

Ok i'm gonna stop rambling about a guy i've never even properly met yet now

BEST BLACKOUT GIG CROWD EVER!!!

The Blackout 'Pole' crew!!

So today, regardless me and Bee didn't really wanna go, was much more fun than we could have thought!

So we didn't get to the front, we sat at the side where there was some pole-dancing pole thing, and apparently we had people thinking we were backstage lmao!

Anyway highlights:

- Finally getting to see Banquet...Not that great

- Seeing the Blackout (Minus Sean) on the street, warning them about the scary fans then having Snoz shout 'You're a scary fan!' at me...

- Going in the Entertainer and buying a Buzz Lightyear blanket

- Seeing Jo and Becky again

- Spending WAY too much time in Disney Store

- Finding the perfect pen for The Blackout

- Deciding to join the queue at 3:50 when doors opened at 4

- Standing on the pole dancing stage, and the start of 'the pole crew'

- Our dramatic Woah-oh's in It's High Tide Baby

- My sunglasses being thrown up, going missing, then Snoz wearing them

- Screaming all the time for Gavin instead of Sean

- Watching security push off anyone else who tried to stand where we were

- Watch Sean pretty much get raped

- Trying to get my sunglasses back

- Trying on my sunglasses outside McClusky's and realising Snoz had actually stretched them slightly

- Going outside and waiting for about an hour or so in the rain to meet TBO and say bye to people

- Seeing Nicole driving and finding it really weird!

- Meeting Snoz, who was amazed at the Darth Vader breathing mask game thing!

- Rhys being kinda awkward, and saying to him about today being the first time in a LONG time that we'd seen him sober

- Sean telling us the back of his head was apparently ginger, then saying that i'm a 'proud ginger' for dying my hair black when i took offence to the ginger thing

- Gavin being as amazed with the Darth Vader thing than Snoz was

- Matthew actually talking to us!!

- Figuring out the pole crew gang sign on the train home

But yeah, considering we didn't really want to go, it was an amazing day and not one i'll be forgetting any time soon. Kinda can't wait for K! tour even more now.

As much as i would love to take Bee's challenge

I actually have no photos of me on my computer from longer than two years ago.

Anyway, two things i would absoleutly LOVE to spaz about right now:

1. I now own Sebastien Lefebvre's debut solo EP.
If you don't know who he is, i may hate you right now.
But if you can pronounce his surname, i shall take it back.
Anyway, he is one of the guitarists of Simple Plan and i am actually in love with his voice!
I mean, he does backing vocals in SP, but i never thought he would sound so good as a solo artist!
Anyway, i shall post his debut video at the end of this, and you all better watch it!!

2. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SECOND LONDON K! TOUR DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes that means for the second time in two days i shall be seeing My Passion, Young Guns, The Blackout and (Most importantly) ALL TIME LOW!!!!
Yeah, as usual, don't really care about the other three, but ATL hold the biggest place in my heart, so i have to spaz about them more!
And if that wasn't enough, one of my best friends literally EVER! may be coming to the show and i haven't seen her since July last year, so, if i actually could, i'd be doing backflips right now.

IT'S PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!

I've realised that some people need to get their head out the clouds.

In other news, i have fallen more in love with Danny K.

I lie awake in my bunk driving through the washington mountains on route to idaho. My mind often wanders and races in the time that I lie down and that I actually fall asleep. I seem to be stuck on the thought of marriage. This could be because I had to get measured for my friends wedding that I am lucky enough to be a part of in January. The thought hits me, where did the time go? It wasn’t but 5years ago that I was playing in a band with this dude. We were yóung and stupid. It seems that a lot of my friends I went to grade school with, high school with are either married, engaged or have kids. This leads me to myself, A single early twenties dude. I’m not sure what the perfect age is to get married. I figure that when I do get married then that is the perfect age. Part of me thinks it would be the most incredible thing. Part of me says you’re to young, live. Part of me says you need to settle down. Part of me says you’re scared to do either. I don’t really know where I’m going, but I know I’m moving forward. I don’t really know the future but I remember my past. I guess the point I’m trying to make is this. What you’re happy with might not make everyone else happy. This is your life though, not theirs. Let the chips fall where they may, and just enjoy the ride.

Seriously, seeing that on his Tumblr this morning made me smile and slightly sad.
If i meet him in London in February, i need to actually talk to him and get a photo with him.

Also, now looking forward to Saturday. Sixth time seeing the Blackout, getting to see some friends i haven't seen for a while and also getting to spend the day with my lubby.

Ahh kinda can't wait XD

(PS the title had nothing to do with the blog. I'm just watching Family Guy and that was just said...And now Stewie is spazzing because Peter is taking him to Disneyland =] )

This photo deserves it's on blog in my opinion

XD

I love Danny K

Such a nerd, but so amazingly awesome

I'm making it my goal to meet him on K! Tour...Properly, anyway.

Sat here listening to Lost In Stereo by All Time Low for the first time since TWOA

And hearing the line 'Tattoo's and a switch blade attitude, snake bite heart with bubblegum smile' i can't help but smile and think of Jack standing three feet away singing it to me.

Sad, i know, but i really don't care.

I want to go back to that week SO much, but i have a feeling the next time we do something like that, it will be about 1000000000000000000000 times more awesome

Can't wait...

For tomorrow

Ok, so i'm not a fan of waking up at 7am
Or going to work from 8am - 2pm
Or the trains being a pain in the ass

But i am excited to see Jump The Lights for the first time in two months. It's insane how much i miss those guys.

How do you do this to me?

Ten things to ten people

Ok, so i'm a few weeks behind on this really.

Almost all of it will be about people i know don't read this blog. Some of them might, but i doubt they will.

1. I honestly don't know what to say about you. I'm comfortable around you but i wish i knew how you saw me. Sometimes it seems like you see me as a friend, when others you can't stand the sight of me. I just wish you'd put my mind to rest.

2. I honestly don't get why people like you so much. Yeah, you're a nice person, but you are nothing compared to some other people in the world.

3. I have no idea where i'd be without you now. You've helped me find out loads of new things about myself and been with me throughout things i never really thought of. You really are one of the few people i couldn't live without.

4. I laugh at the fact they hate me because they think i'm a bad influence. I just wander if they know what YOU really get up to on a night out.

5. I'm still figuring out how i think of you. Hopefully it won't be much longer before i realise it.

6. You need to sort yourself out. I wonder sometimes if you even want me to be your friend. Figure it out and get back to me, ok?

7. I worry about you more than i show. I wish we lived closer just so it would be easier to be there for you when you need it. I sometimes feel like i'm not as good a friend as i'm supposed to be and for that i apologise. I love you, i really do, please don't think otherwise.

8. I don't know you that well, i'm aware of that, but i still love you like a friend. I wish i spoke to you more though.

9. You're not the person i used to know. I miss them.

10. Stop acting like you're God's gift. There is nothing special about you. You are a normal teenage girl and you need to learn to just deal with what people say.

I know some of these aren't longer than one sentence, but i just wanted to put down my basic thoughts without it being to obvious.

3OH!3

Ok, just realised i haven't posted a blog on this yet so shall do now.

Highlights:

- Me and Jack thinking we were gonna miss the train, but then it turned out we had to wait for 20 minutes ¬_¬
- Finally seeing Bee's Danny Hat and Ravens jersey
- Getting to Camden about half 5 and finding about 30 people in the queue
- Introducing Jack to Young Guns and him saying they sound like Panic! At The Disco
- Seeing Lucy again
- Seeing the girl from the Blackout who's name i still can't remember...She just come up to me and pointed at me before telling me how she'd just gone digging in a bin
- Going in and somehow managing to get barrier...Ok we were right at the side, but still
- The first band being shit, but being fronted by an ugly version of Ian Watkins
- WORST INTER-BAND MUSIC EVER!!
- Sean Smith dj set
- Jay Smith running around as Optimus Prime
- Sean actually getting his set cut off because he went over the time he was allowed
- Nate from 3OH!3 actually looking like a stick in person! Apart from the Horrors, i've never seen someone so skinny!
- Suddenly being turned into an ATL show when a bra got thrown up on stage
- Watching Sean get mobbed by fangirls at the merch desk
- The security guard being all O_O when we told him we were in the queue for the cloakroom
- Me and Bee trying not to laugh at the people on the train
- Then realising one looks like a member of Cute Is What We Aim For
- Bee almost leaving her shirt at the train station, just minutes after her mum said about me being more sensible than her XD

Ok, probably more but i can't think. Probably will get edited if i think of anything else.

This one might actually not be pointless

So i was scrolling through absolutepunk.net earlier today and i saw a news story that said the following:

According to this study, those who download music illegally are the same people who spend the most on music.

Now i've just spent about ten minutes going through all of the replies that the story has had so far, and have seen many interesting viewpoints.

About 80% of the people say how they will download something to hear it before buying the album itself, or instead support the band by going to their shows and buying merch.

The other 20% say about how stealing is stealing, no matter how you justify it, it's still wrong.

I personally download a lot of my music illegally, i'm not gonna lie. Most of the time it is because i don't have the money to buy the cd or it is physically impossible for me to find the cd in a record store.

But if you consider the amount of money i spend on gigs, surely that's better?

Barely any money from record sales go to the band, where if you go to a show, more money goes to them to keep them going.

Look at when All Time Low played over here last month. I spent around £40 on three tickets to see them live (One ticket also involved buying their album 'Nothing Personal' which was actually the third copy of that album that i bought). At the shows themselves, i spent £50 on merchandise alone.

If it wasn't for being able to illegally download music, i would never have spent that much money on them, so surely downloading isn't all that bad?

I'm ending this here. Sorry if this made little/no sense or i repeated myself, but i'm half asleep right now and serious blogs aren't my strong point lol.

Bee is the only person who will actually get this

After spending half an hour trying to find a photo of Greico

I love that Danny's head actually fit perfectly for that photo.

I know it's crap, i only have paint!

And that original photo of Danny is now my laptop background, it's just to adorable!

Ahh 3 random convos

One with my lubby, involving random-ness that our conversations usually involve.

Then one text conversation with Jack, who has just called me his favourite person ever and is a huge fail for not knowing Sean Smith was dj-ing the 3OH!3 tour.

And one more text conversation with Roma, who i haven't seen since Give It A Name!! But now i'm seeing her on November 14th, so all is good! Should probably wear my Converse, as every time i've met her so far, she's written something on my shoes (Starting with 'Roma's official sofa...AND YOUR WARM!!' written on my shoes at Simple Plan last year)

Love my friends XD
